Just saw The Innkeepers, GREAT
Just saw you in The Innkeepers and can’t get over how much I enjoyed it. Two great horror films this year, incredibly simple, deceptively even… yours (you and Paxton are incredibly good together!) and Kill List. The latter was a visceral sort of thing, unexpectedly violent and gruesome, whereas Innkeepers shocked with charm and an incredibly restrained style. I was tensed up throughout, haven’t felt such a classic horror vibe since forever, and at the same time loved the humor. Great character work. And maybe it’s the EMV thingie and the ghost theme, but you reminded me a ton of Bill Murray.
